Many websites claim to establish the market value of a home with a few simple clicks. The problem is that these websites often rely on outdated information such as tax records. Having a Realtor do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your property is the only way to accurately estimate your homes market value. For this reason, I provide my clients with the most in-depth market reports available. In most cases I will utilize three different types of property reports including: a Professional Neighborhood CMA, Geographic CMA, and a Manual CMA. The use of three reports ensures the most accurate and up to date market information.
