Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

Many websites claim to establish the market value of a home with a few simple clicks.  The problem is that these websites often rely on outdated information such as tax records.  Having a Realtor do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your property is the only way to accurately estimate your homes market value. For this reason, I provide my clients with the most in-depth market reports available. In most cases I will utilize three different types of property reports including: a  Professional Neighborhood CMA, Geographic CMA, and a Manual CMA.  The use of three reports ensures the most accurate and up to date market information.  This superior valuation method will allow the seller to fully understand the current market, and price their home accordingly.

You will notice that there is really no comparison.  The market analysis's found on the internet are often so inaccurate that many sellers end up selling their home by themselves for much less than its worth.
